Prior to joining Intersouth, John developed expertise in the information technology sector as a scientist, engineer and consultant. His previous experience includes telecommunications engineering at General Electric, data communications research at M.I.T. and strategy and market consulting at Booz-Allen and Hamilton. John is actively involved in the North Carolina Council for Entrepreneurial Development (CED), has served as co-chair of the AeA Venture Forum, and is an Adjunct Professor at the Kenan-Flaglar Business School at UNC. He received a B.S. in mechanical engineering and materials science from Duke University, an M.S. in aeronautics and astronautics from M.I.T. and an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. |
