Managing Partner Jack Hosterman has five years of successful recruiting and management in both the Military Transition and Executive Search divisions of Lucas Group. A former Air Force officer and business owner, Jack enjoyed quick success as an Account Executive in the Dallas Military division before transitioning to Executive Search as the Managing Partner of Dallas Search. Jack's branch is now 20 recruiters in size and boasts subject matter experts in the Manufacturing/Engineering, Construction/Real Estate, Medical/Biotech, Human Resources, IT, Oil & Gas and Management Consulting practice groups. Jack is a Washington University in St. Louis alumnus (BA'87) whose post-military business background includes Oil & Gas exploration, internet commerce and software development. |
