Mr. Jeffries, a California native, has over 35 years of bank experience. He started his successful banking career at Security Pacific National Bank in the early 1970�s as a Teller and worked his way up to Branch Manager. Mr. Jeffries� career has also included positions as Internal Auditor, Compliance Officer and Controller. Mr. Jeffries was also employed by Scripps Bank for 14 years until it was acquired by US Bank and was most recently Vice President and Controller for Southwest Community Bank.
Mr. Jeffries attended Grossmont College in El Cajon for two years earning his Associate Arts degree and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Armstrong University in Alameda, California. He continues to reside in the East County of San Diego with his wife and son. Mr. Jeffries is a charter member of the Optimist Club of Santee and a member of the Honorary Deputy Sheriff�s Association. |
