Mr. Kowalczyk is responsible for all corporate communications, including media and community relations, internal publications, advertising, collateral material design, special events, and contributions. Prior to joining the company, he spent nearly 5 years as a Program Manager for BAE Systems-IT in Hampton, VA, after a six-year career in the US Air Force as an Intelligence Officer. Most recently, he has held several leadership positions of increasing responsibility in the Human Capital Management / Recruiting field. John holds an MS in Strategic Intelligence from the Joint Military Intelligence College in Washington, DC and a BS in Political Science from the United States Air Force Academy. |
