Mr. Marsala has held a variety of executive positions and has over 28 years experience in high technology. Before joining SafeView, he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing and a minority owner of Proto Engineering and Printed Circuit Board manufacturer in Silicon Valley. Previous to this, Mr. Marsala was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at MSI, a large Manufacturers Representative where he directly managed a team of 12 highly compensated sales engineers. In his almost nine years in this position, Mr. Marsala interfaced with all the leading high tech companies in Silicon Valley. With Raychem, a Fortune 100 company, Mr. Marsala was National Distribution and Rep Manager. He also held the position of Product and Marketing Manager for their consumer electronics group. At Union Carbide, he was Product Manager of Reaction Injection Molding (RIM), at the time, the division's newest and potentially most profitable product with projected sales of over $100M/yr. While in the Army, he was an infantry platoon leader with the 82nd Airborne Division. Mr. Marsala holds an MS in Organic Chemistry from George Washington University and BS in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. |
