John McMahon brings a strong track record in sales and sales management to the SelectMinds Board, having led worldwide sales organizations for four public software companies: Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC), GeoTel, Ariba and BladeLogic. Currently, McMahon serves as EVP and COO at BladeLogic, where he is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations across BladeLogic�s sales, professional services, product management, development, and support organizations. Prior to becoming COO, McMahon led BladeLogic�s global sales and services organizations. Prior to BladeLogic, McMahon ran sales at PTC, a product lifecycle management solution provider. Under his sales leadership, PTC revenues grew from $3M to $1.1B in nine years. McMahon also managed global sales at GeoTel, prior to the company�s acquisition by Cisco for $2B. McMahon also led worldwide sales at Ariba, where he oversaw the merger between the Tradex and Trading Dynamics salesforces, helping to fuel Ariba�s standing as a B2B market leader. McMahon was also CEO of High Roads Technology, an HR cost management software company, where he grew annual subscription revenues from zero to $8.5M in three years. McMahon received a BS in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. |
