John left the construction industry in 1993 to pursue interests in managing manufacturing operations. He took advantage of opportunities to develop as a manager and leader while working in high volume consumer products manufacturing. Throughout John's career, he has led organizations to operate based on the principals of Total Quality Management, Just-In-Time, Visual Factory Management, and Lean Manufacturing. John has held positions in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, and Plant Management where he has initiated training programs, standardized procedures and processes, and automated production lines. His leadership and the programs he has initiated have led to significant increases in output while simultaneously reducing material waste.John returned to the construction industry in 2004 with a focus on prefabricated components and modular construction.
