John O�Reilly is President of WaterburyGroup and one of the founding members of the firm. Since joining the executive search arena in the early 1990s, Mr. O�Reilly has conducted executive recruiting assignments in numerous industry verticals to include: Professional Services, Information Technology/New Media, Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Building Products. His experience covers a wide-array of domestic and off-shore assignments, ranging from President, Chief Executive Officer, and Partner positions to Senior-level operating and staff positions for some of the largest public and privately held organizations in the world.

Prior to founding WaterburyGroup, John was a founding member and Managing Director of a top 15 global executive search firm. Prior to his search experience, John was actively involved in large scale ERP systems development and financial reengineering consulting projects with a �Big Five� consulting firm. The majority of his consulting experience was focused on open-systems platform development, implementation, integration planning/testing, and enterprise network life-cycle planning.

In addition to his consulting experience, John spent a number of years in various finance, accounting and information systems management positions for Fortune� 100 companies within the manufacturing and technology industries. There his corporate initiatives were centered around accounting/business financial management, development of cost controls, operations analysis/planning, open-system development, and offshore/domestic vendor management.

John earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from the University of Dayton
