Mr. Phillips handles all corporate functions relating to administration which include human resources, payroll, employee benefits and compensation, finance and accounting as well as legal affairs. He regularly reviews accounting, payroll and financial issues to ensure the continued growth of the company. Previously, he worked for System Parking from 1978-1984 and held various supervisory positions within the company such as Cashier, Supervisor, District Manager and Head Auditor. From 1985 to 1994, Mr. Phillips worked as an aeronautical engineer for the Northrop Corporation. He rejoined System Parking in 1994 as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Phillips received a Bachelor's of Science in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College in Claremont California. In 1985, he received a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from the Claremont School in Claremont, California.
