John Rau has served as a member of the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company Board of Directors since 2005. He is on the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee.
Since 2002, Rau has been President and Chief Executive of Miami Corporation, a private holding company founded in 1917, and he has served as a director of the corporation since 2003. Previously, Rau was President and Chief Executive Officer of Chicago Title Corporation and Chicago Title and Trust Company (1997-2000), and served as Dean of the Indiana University School of Business (1993-96).
Rau also serves on the boards of directors for Nicor and First Industrial Realty Trust.
