John Reece is President and CEO at ClearOrbit and has more than 35 years experience in the high tech industry. As President and CEO, Reece is responsible for the development and implementation of the company's strategic vision. Reece joined the ClearOrbit Executive Team in 2002 as Chief Financial Officer where he oversaw all financial, human resources, legal, and facilities functions of the company. Prior to joining ClearOrbit, Reece served as CFO of Tantau Software before its acquisition by 724 Solutions in January 2001. Prior to that, Reece was CFO for Reliant Data Systems where he was instrumental in the acquisition of Reliant by Compuware. Before that, Reece served in various management roles at Tandem Computers including Vice President and Corporate Controller. Reece began his career in the computer industry at IBM, where he worked for 25 years in various finance and operational management positions.He holds a degree in accounting from Mississippi State University and is a member of the Financial Executives Institute (FEI). Reece serves on the board of Intrinsity (a fabless semiconductor company). |
