John comes to Exponential with deep financial experience in the online media, consumer and technology industries managing financial operations, systems, and people. Before joining Exponential, John was Vice President of Finance at Reflect.com, the world's leading online prestige beauty brand and a spin-off of Procter & Gamble. John also led several M&A transactions as Vice President of Finance at Achieva.com/Kaplan, Inc., a leading e-learning company owned by the Washington Post. Prior to Achieva.com, John was Chief Financial Officer of E-Global Network, Inc., a software infrastructure company, and a Senior Director of Finance at Excite@Home, where he was CFO/Comptroller of the Media Division
