John is an associate in Cantor Arkema�s Business Services and Commercial Litigation Group and practices in the areas of business law, mergers and acquisitions, employment law, and commercial real estate. He is admitted to practice in all Virginia courts, is a member of the American, Virginia, and Richmond Bar Associations, and belongs to the Business Law, Corporate Counsel, and Real Property Sections of the Virginia State Bar. Prior to attending law school, John was a marketing manager and underwriter for Kemper Auto and Home Insurance Company. John graduated magna cum laude from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. During law school he was a member of the University of Richmond Law Review and the Client Counseling and Negotiation Board, a John Marshall Scholar, and a finalist in the Negotiation Competition. John graduated cum laude from the University of Florida where he majored in finance and minored in economics. |
