He has over 16 years experience working in developing countries, principally helping to develop and to implement financial improvement plans for water, wastewater and electric utilities. John has over 15 years of experience building institutional capacity as a resident financial advisor in developing countries, including Tanzania, Egypt, Macedonia and Turkey. He has 6 years experience in procurement and financial management of large water and sewerage infrastructure related contracts; including the management of a private sector lease contract for the operations and maintenance of a water supply and sewerage system. |
