John brings 20 years of technology sales & business development experience to Rocket Mobile, and is responsible for the company's worldwide revenue and strategic partnerships. He was most recently VP Business Development for fusionOne, Inc., where he joined the founders and played a key role in helping the company raise more than $140M and fostered successful partnerships with major wireless service providers and mobile handset manufacturers. Prior to fusionOne, John was responsible for sales & partnering activities for web portal Infoseek, acquired by Disney (NYSE: DIS); VP Sales of Common Ground Software, acquired by Hummingbird Communications (NASDAQ: HUMC); VP at Frame Technology, acquired by Adobe (NASDAQ: ADBE), and VP Sales for Proximity, acquired by Franklin, makers of the Rex organizer (NYSE: FEP). John earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Florida, Gainesville. John lives with his family in Los Gatos, and on the rare day off enjoys racing trimaran sailboats on San Francisco Bay. |
