John is a working manager who carries his own systems design caseload in addition to training and directing the programmers in his group. A Samford University graduate and a Microsoft Certified Professional, John's reputation for quality systems engineering is growing rapidly. One reason is that systems he designs are so effective and user friendly that clients are electing not only to use them for themselves but to market them nationally as well. One such market success is a system that allows service companies to keep track of all their customers and employees with uncommon ease known as Service Operations Systems, the first version was released in 1997 and since then several upgrades to the package have also been released. John also developed a complete, multiple-location medical office system. This comprehensive software package handles scheduling, patient information, insurance, clinical records, labs, billing, email, and outgoing and incoming documents to create a fast, paperless environment. This project is also being expanded for national resale. While not every program John writes winds up being republished, it has been "icing on the cake" for customers desiring not only to recoup their costs but turn their product into a moneymaker as well. John has worked hard to develop and maintain a high standard of integrity and trust with each of his clients. His wife works as a school teacher in a Mississippi school. He is also the father of one... Ainsley Grace. In his free time, John is an accomplished music composer and has released his first album of piano works, The Golden Road, which is soon to be followed by a second album. |
