Capt. John Tirel is vice president, Global Marine and Transportation and is responsible for the strategy and development of the Global Marine Division.
John joined Crawford & Company in 2004 and is an expert in shipping, marine, surveying and insurance. His previous experience includes extensive marine surveying, consulting, protection and indemnity correspondence and insurance throughout the Middle East, East Africa, Europe, and the United States.
John holds a Ship Master�s Certificate and is a member of the Institute of International Marine Surveying and the Society of Consulting Marine Engineers and Ship Surveyors. He has also been called as an expert witness in English, Canadian, and Portuguese courts of law and arbitrations and has given numerous seminars on marine surveying. |
