As TeleTech�s vice president of global finance, John Troka is also currently serving as the interim chief financial officer. Troka performs as a strategic partner to other functions within the organization, providing the financial infrastructure and analytical support necessary to meet the company�s ongoing vision. Troka works closely with the leadership team to ensure that the company�s global cost structure allows TeleTech to offer its clients competitive products and services. In addition, Troka ensures that TeleTech continues to financially operate in accordance with the diverse governmental rules and regulations that direct its global operations.
In January of 2002, Troka came to TeleTech from Qwest Communications, formerly US WEST Communications, where he was vice president of finance. He worked at Qwest Communications for thirteen years in a variety of financial and audit roles. Prior to Qwest Communications, he was employed at Commercial Federal Bank, currently known as Bank of the West, where he worked in the internal auditing department in Omaha, Nebraska. Troka began his career with the global accounting, tax, and business advisory firm of Grant Thornton in Denver, Colorado.
Troka received his undergraduate degree in business administration with concentrations in accounting and business information systems from Colorado State University and his MBA from the University of Denver. Troka also holds his CPA license in the State of Colorado. |
