Mr. Villadsen has 23 years of experience in managing manufacturing operations and global customer service organizations. Before joining Aviza Technology, Mr. Villadsen served as vice president of operations at VA Software, where he was responsible for professional services and customer support of SourceForge, an enterprise software package intended to manage and optimize distributed software development. Prior to VA Software, Mr. Villadsen served as vice president of manufacturing operations at Gasonics International Corporation, a supplier of photoresist and residue removal technologies, which was acquired by Novellus Systems in 2001. Mr. Villadsen's previous work experience also includes several senior management positions with Watkins-Johnson Semiconductor Equipment. Mr. Villadsen holds a bachelor's degree in education from California State University, Fresno. |
