John Waller acted as Managing Director of the New Ventures Group for Idealab. Waller founded Green Thumb Ventures, an incubator and investment company that funds and develops seed level internet and technology enterprises. Mr. Waller also co-founded Resume.com where he served as CEO and President. At Resume.com he developed strategic partnership and negotiated the sale of the company to Adecco S.A., the largest staffing company in the world. Before starting Resume.com, Waller co-founded Interactive Imaginations, the predecessor to 24/7 Real Media. Mr. Waller began his career on Wall Street, joining Bull and Bear in New York City and received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Mr. Waller is a frequent guest speaker and panelist at seminars, conferences and universities, speaking on the topics of entrepreneurship, venture capital and angel investing. |
