Since joining Gencom in January of 2007, John Weber has been actively involved in assembling the sales and marketing teams for Gencom's Caribbean properties. The infrastructure of these properties is vitally important to the long term success of Gencom Residential, a division devoted to luxury real estate marketing, management and sales operations. John came to Gencom with over 22 years Real Estate on-site management experience, having successfully implemented sales & marketing programs that resulted in over one billion dollars of real estate sales. Weber has consistently produced record numbers implementing multi-million dollar launch campaigns for some award winning communities such as Tiburon in Naples, Orchid Island Gulf and Beach Club and Windsor in Vero Beach, Greenbrier Sporting Club in White Sulpher Springs, Vineyards in Naples, Governor's Club in Chapel Hill, Hilton Head Plantation in Hilton Head and Fords Colony in Williamsburg. John Weber holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kentucky. He is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida. |
