As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Whitmarsh is responsible for finance, legal, HR, and other administrative functions. Prior to joining MessageOne, Mr. Whitmarsh was CFO of the U.S. Healthcare Transaction Services business of UK based software company Misys PLC (FTSE 250: MSY). Prior to Misys, Mr. Whitmarsh was the executive in charge of Finance and Administration for Digital Motorworks where he had broad operational responsibility, overseeing growth from 25 to 250 employees and ultimately the company�s sale and integration with Automatic Data Processing (NYSE:ADP). Prior to that, Mr. Whitmarsh managed financial engagements for public accounting firms, most recently for international accounting and consulting firm KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Whitmarsh holds a BBA in Accounting from the McCombs School at the University of Texas at Austin and is a CPA. |
