John joined Johnson Capital in July of 2006 with 16 years of experience in commercial brokerage, structured finance and commercial loan origination. He began his career at Goldman Sachs in its structured finance group. In addition, he specialized in tax-exempt housing finance for multifamily developers and apartment investors nationwide at Newman Associates. Most recently, he originated HUD loans at GMAC Commercial Mortgage. John originates HUD insured construction and permanent loans for multifamily, seniors housing and healthcare developments. He also originates conventional commercial loans. John holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Chicago and an MBA in finance from New York University. |
