A 25-year veteran of the food and beverage industry, John Yamin joined La Brea Bakery in 2002 as senior vice president of brand development. In 2003, he became Chief Executive Officer. Previously, Mr. Yamin was vice president of food for Starbucks Coffee Company, where he was responsible for all food and food-related products for domestic locations. A native to upstate New York, Mr. Yamin is an alumnus of Skidmore College. He is actively involved with Wildlife Preservation, the Humane Society and Girls, Inc. a national not-for-profit organization dedicated to inspiring young girls to be strong, smart and bold. Mr. Yamin resides in the Los Angeles area and enjoys reading and exercising in his free time. |
