John Yeh, 51, is founder and chairmen of American Lighting Industries and King Kong, USA, both headquartered in Riverside, California. He was born in Douliu, Taiwan, and in 1978, after graduating from Southern Asia Engineering College and National Taiwan University, he relocated to the United States to further his education and start his own business. For more than 27 years, John has been a respected leader in the manufacturing and import business. Yeh has a passion for designing technology to simplify consumer products, which has earned him over 50 U.S. Copyrights and over 50 U.S. Patents. As a result of his passion and technical acumen, he has been honored by and has met every U.S. President from Ronald Reagan to the current Bush administration. John was designated as an Honorary California Goodwill Ambassador by March Fong Eu, California Secretary of State. An advocate for community involvement, he currently serves as CFO on the Board of Directors of the Taiwanese American Chamber of Commerce, the Inland Chinese Association and CFO of the Asian American Senior Care Foundation.
