Mr. Young has 20 years experience in finance and administration for technology organizations. Mr. Young has a broad base of experience across all aspects of finance and, in particular, a long track record of leading and facilitating growth in technology companies. Prior to joining Era, Mr. Young was VP Finance for the BrightStor division of Computer Associates. As CFO of iLumin Software Services, a provider of information management software, Mr. Young was essential in financing the growth and development of the company. iLumin was sold to Computer Associates in 2005. At the Baan Company, Mr. Young was VP of Finance and oversaw global finance and operations for the consulting and education division. Mr. Young has also held senior finance positions at Blackbaud, Inc. and Legent Corporation and spent several years working at Ernst & Young. Mr. Young has overall responsibility for finance, accounting, contracts administration, legal, corporate development and facilities. He is a Certified Public Accountant, with a Bachelor of Sciences degree from Ohio State University. |
