John Zavoli assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer in December 2007. Mr. Zavoli brings over 20 years of multinational financial, operating, corporate finance and Big 4 consulting experience to his role at StrataCare. He has served as CFO, COO, president and CEO of high technology and telecom-based service-based companies, and has helped to build strong teams and institute critical internal controls and procedures designed for optimum operating results, corporate governance and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. As StrataCare s CFO, Mr. Zavoli is responsible for finance, accounting, budgeting and strategic financial planning. His role is instrumental in setting and meeting financial goals as well as managing growth and investment in new equipment, facility and staffing. Mr. Zavoli has directed corporate financial, treasury, tax, and legal operations for public and VC-funded corporations, and has held senior roles at Digital Equipment Corporation (now Hewlett-Packard), Madge Networks and Waste Management International. He also is a former partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he advised high tech clients in global operations, taxation, fiscal management, M&A, and other related issues. Mr. Zavoli obtained his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois in 1981, a J.D., from The John Marshall Law School in 1986, and an LL.M. from Boston University School of Law in 1990. He is also a member of the Illinois State Bar. |
