Jolene Jo Allen oversees all deposit operations and support services at Legacy Bank. She�s the behind-the-scenes expert who makes sure that your checks are processed, that your wires go through, and that you always have a pleasant banking experience.
As a self-described people person�s people person, Jo hires, trains, and manages all branch personnel. At my very core, she says, I�m an educator who loves and needs to feel like I make a difference in the lives of my co-workers and clients. Jo�s consistent leadership and fun-loving personality creates a friendly, professional, and productive environment. Working hard, working together, and having fun is our motto, Jo says.
Jo is no stranger to the Legacy Bank management team. She was part of the Founder�s Bank of Arizona group, where she served as Vice President of Operations.
Jo began her banking career as a manager with Franklin Savings Association in Overland Park, Kansas. While in Kansas, she also managed a call center, supervised retail operations, and oversaw corporate training for a large automobile parts distributor.
After the sale of Founders Bank of Arizona in 2000, Jo left Arizona for a couple of years and served as Vice President of Branch Operations & Support Services for Del Norte Credit Union in Santa Fe, New Mexico. |
