Jolie-Anne Ansley is an associate in FLK's San Francisco office. With a focus on environmental issues, bankruptcy and complex litigation, she has represented clients in environmental cost recovery actions, insurance coverage actions and adversary proceedings. Ms. Ansley has been a member of the California Bar since 2002.
During law school, Ms. Ansley was an extern law clerk to Judge Saundra Brown Armstrong, United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
Representative Matters
Represented the City of Lodi in a complex federal environmental cost recovery action as well as in a state court environmental insurance coverage action.
Represented a client in an adversary proceeding involving allegations of preferences and fraudulent conveyances arising from a merger transaction.
