Mr. Eldan practices civil litigation at the trial and appellate level. His practice focuses on contracts and business torts, intellectual property disputes and other business litigation. Mr. Eldan serves as legal coordinator for the non-profit Life After Exoneration Program, which provides social and legal services to exonerees - those who have proven they were innocent of the crimes for which they had been convicted and incarcerated. Mr. Eldan has been a guest lecturer at the Facolt� di Giurisprudenza at the University of Trento, and at the University of Foggia, in Italy. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in California and in the Northern District. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Bar Association of San Francisco, and is currently Chair of the Litigation Section of the Barristers Club. Education - Mr. Eldan received his B.A. degree in History, with High Honors, from the University of California, Berkeley. After graduation, he lived in Rome, Italy where he wrote travel guides and worked for the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization. Jon returned to the University of California, Berkeley and received his law degree from Boalt Hall in 2002. At Boalt, Mr. Eldan was an Executive Editor of the California Law Review and a research assistant to Professor Melvin Eisenberg. |
