Chef Benedict is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY in 1998. Benedict was accepted to an after graduate program as the assistant chef instructor at the Culinary Institute of America. Benedict moved on to work in the Midwest's leading hotels and country clubs and two highly regarded restaurants before joining the PurFoods� culinary team. Benedict had received outstanding newspaper & magazine reviews for his culinary skills and leadership as well as being featured in his own cooking series on a regional television show. |
