Jon Boba joined Carlyle Group�s real estate executive search team in 2006. With more than twelve years of executive search experience, Jon�s responsibilities include client relationship management, business development and search execution. He has successfully completed several hundred search engagements nationally and internationally, representing a wide range of corporations, private firms and not-for-profits in the real estate and financial service industries. Jon has also developed an industry specialization in seniors housing. Prior to joining Carlyle Group, Jon was a Director with Ferguson Partners. He was also a Vice President for EMH Financial, a Ferguson affiliate, where he was involved in the firm�s corporate finance and capital markets activities, while also serving as the firm�s General Counsel. Jon began his career at Carroll & Sain, where he practiced corporate, real estate and civil law. Jon is a licensed attorney and broker in the State of Illinois. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the American Seniors Housing Association where he is a recognized speaker and author of several publications. Jon received a Bachelor of Business/Economics from Wheaton College and his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law. |
