Jon has been with Management Recruiters of Barrington for seven years and started as a Project Coordinator under the tutelage of Gary Polvere. In 1997, Jon was recognized as one of the Top 5 Project Coordinators in the Midwest. For the next three years, Jon was an Account Executive in the Building Systems and Construction industry. Now as a Sales Support Manager, Jon mentors new Account Executives as well as supports the recruiting functions of the office. Learning the recruiting business from the ground up has been very beneficial and has contributed greatly to his success in the recruiting industry. Jon has a degree in Psychology for Southern Illinois University and is currently working towards his Master's degree with an eye on a Doctorate. This is a testament to Jon's dedication to helping people in aspects of their lives that go beyond careers.
