An Account Executive for MRG's SAP Team, Jon Harris brings direct SAP project and SAP end user experience to MRG. Prior to MRG, he spent seventeen years at the third largest utility company in North America. During his time there, he had the opportunity to be a part of a $300m, 2 year SAP implementation team and lead the team for the world's first SAP/Mobile data integration project. This project implemented the company's mobile data applications system from a paper system to an automated system, and added the ability to put laptop computers in every vehicle and streamline the customer service process and allow for future expansion. After the project, he continued to work in a leadership role defining the business processes that allowed the effective use of SAP, and the new mobile data system, to help meet the company's goals and objectives.

While working with MRG clients, Jon leverages his past experiences and SAP application experience to provide insight into their business process, and to identify and qualify top industry talent. He understands the importance of not only finding the best qualified individual for your business, but also finding the right fit for the business professional.
