Jonathan Z. Kurry has an extensive and diverse real estate practice. During his years of practice as an attorney, he has assisted his clients in the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and disposition of billions of dollars in real estate nationwide and in the Caribbean. Mr. Kurry has concentrated on the representation of institutional investors, pension fund advisors and entrepreneurial developers, as well as the representation of banks and other institutional lenders. He has been engaged to deal with virtually every form of real estate, from multi-family projects to office buildings, shopping centers, industrial parks and hotels.
