A graduate of Stanford University and the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah, Mr. Pappasideris specializes in assisting employers with employment and labor law litigation and compliance issues, including employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, breach of contract, non-competition, and workers' compensation matters. In addition to representing employers in federal court, state court, and before the Utah Labor Commission, Mr. Pappasideris drafts employment agreements and counsels clients on compliance with applicable statutes and regulations in order to anticipate and prevent potential problems before they arise. Although the majority of his practice is dedicated to employment and labor law, Mr. Pappasideris also litigates in a variety of other areas, including commercial and real estate disputes.
