Jonathan Clark is Senior Vice President of Quality and Compliance. Jonathan is a Chartered Loss Adjuster and Chartered Insurer who joined the Thomas Howell Group in 1981.
Prior to that he had taken degrees in Biochemistry and Biochemical Engineering at Oxford and London universities respectively. He worked for eight years for the Thomas Howell Group achieving a position of Branch Manager and being a member of the Casualty & Construction Services team.
In 1989 he joined a competitor in the adjusting market and continued to develop his specialist adjusting career, focusing on high level Product Liability and Construction Liability claims. He became Technical Director for Casualty & Construction for one of the largest UK loss adjusters and also joined the Executive of that firm as Marketing Director and Director of IT.
In 1997 Jonathan joined Crawford & Company and has held a variety of positions before being appointed in 2001 to Head of the Business Solutions Group for Crawford & Company International. Jonathan is a regular lecturer on the insurance circuit focusing on customer issues as well as technical issues. Within Crawford Jonathan has worked to establish a market-led approach to claims adjusting.
Jonathan works closely with the Regional Managing Directors in the areas of quality, training, marketing and product development. |
