Jonathan has been executing private equity transactions since 1996. Prior to joining Eureka, Jonathan was a vice president with Berwind�s leveraged acquisition group where he managed four platform acquisitions and nine add-on acquisitions. Jonathan also worked closely with leveraged acquisition portfolio companies in strategy development and operations management as well as directing Berwind�s relationships with senior and mezzanine financing sources. Previously, Jonathan was associated with A.G. Edwards & Sons in its mergers and acquisitions department and J.P. Morgan & Co. Jonathan currently serves on the Board of Directors of Lamont Digital Systems and Laro Service Systems, and manages Eureka�s investment in Medical Technology Systems (AMEX: MPP). Jonathan received his B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and his B.A. in International Relations from the College of Arts and Sciences, both of the University of Pennsylvania. |
