For the past decade, Jonathan Iannacone has specialized in improving the accounting function for organizations ranging in size from early stage startups to Fortune 500 companies. In that time, he has acted as CFO/Controller for 20 diverse businesses and consulted the senior management teams of many others. His background as a CPA includes experience in audit, forensic accounting, management consulting, valuation services, and corporate and individual taxation. As a manager at Demasco, Sena & Jahelka, Jonathan acted as the outsource CFO/Controller for several businesses, prepared expert witness reports for several fraud cases and provided acquisition and tax consulting services. As a consultant at BusinessEdge Solutions, he built the financial and management reporting infrastructure as the company grew from 0 - $100M in revenue during a two year time span. He began his career as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche where he audited public filings, advised a client going through a complex IPO/spinoff, and designed consolidated reporting schedules after a client acquisition. Jonathan graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. He also sits on the audit committee of the Children's Trust Fund. Jonathan lives in Melrose with his wife and twin boys. |
