Jonathan Legg is responsible for all of CPR's procurement activities. In this position, Jon brings an expertise in leading major change in organizations with significant network-type operations throughout North America.
Jon's focus is on the prioritization and alignment of initiatives involving significant people resources, structure or process changes and their benefits realization. His track record is one of execution excellence.
Jonathan joined Canadian Pacific Railway in 2005 as Vice President Strategic Initiatives. In January,2006 Jonathan assumed responsibility for Strategic Sourcing and Facilities.
Prior to joining CPR, Jon held a number of senior positions at the Royal Bank, most recently President, RBC Centura Banks Inc. Prior to that he was Senior VP, RBC, Operations & Service Delivery, North America. His responsibilities included strategy, marketing, distribution and delivery across the bank.
Jonathan is a graduate of the LBI Management Development Program. He has a diploma from the Banff School of Advanced Management and a Senior Executive Development Program diploma from the Institute for Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland.
