Mr. Leiman joined American Capital in March 2002 as an Associate in the Chicago office, was promoted to Vice President in July 2004 and to Principal in July 2005. Mr. Leiman currently serves on the board of directors of American Capital portfolio companies Flexi-Mat Holdings, Inc., Unwired Technology LLC, and SAV Holdings, Inc.
Previously, Mr. Leiman worked in the mergers and acquisitions group at Piper Jaffray. While at Piper, he advised middle market companies in M&A, leveraged buyouts, private placements, and public equity offerings. Mr. Leiman also worked in the corporate finance group at PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities.
Mr. Leiman received his Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. |
