Jonathan (Jon) Louie has extensive experience in information technology and operational support at large financial institutions. As the vice president of client relationships at DRG, Mr. Louie manages new and existing service provider security assessments and PCI compliance validations. Prior to joining DRG, Mr. Louie held positions at Visa USA, Bank of America, Franklin Templeton and Providian Financial. As a consultant for Visa USA, Mr. Louie worked with Corporate Risk and Compliance and the Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) to enforce and monitor service provider CISP compliance. As a key contributor to the Visa USA Accelerated Risk and Compliance Initiative (ARCI), he worked tirelessly with Visa Member acquiring banks and assessors to ensure Third Party Service Providers validate CISP/Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance. Mr. Louie is a Qualified Security Assessor (QSA), has extensive knowledge of the Visa CISP and PCI compliance objectives, and holds a MBA in Computer Information Systems and BA in Art History. |
