Jonathan joined Firaxis Games in February 2006 as a Software Engineer, specializing in PS3 and Xbox 360 console development. After receiving his Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science from Louisiana Tech University, he went right to work in the gaming industry at smaller studios around the U.S. Jonathan's favorite Firaxis game is Sid Meier's Pirates! and he says he's a heavy gamer - so when he's not making games, he's usually playing them. He also enjoys spending time with his family, watching films and TV series DVDs, and playing guitar. Jonathan has said that after almost 15 years of owning a guitar, he's better at playing Guitar Hero than playing a real guitar - which makes him quite the gamer!
