Jordan Breslow has over twenty years of experience guiding technology companies through complex legal and business transactions. In private practice, Mr. Breslow was a partner in the technology law firm of Stewart, Stewart & Breslow, and was most recently Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property Practice Group at the Seattle law firm of Foster Pepper & Shefelman. Before joining Loudcloud, Mr. Breslow was Vice President and General Counsel of Geoworks, a publicly traded software company, where he also served as Managing Director of European Operations.
Breslow has lectured and written extensively for both popular and legal audiences, including featured articles in PC World, IBM Innovation, and California Lawyer. He has been a guest speaker at the University of Washington's Colloquium Series on the Law of the World Wide Web, and is author of numerous articles on Internet law, including "SLA: Service Level Agreement or Service Loophole Agreement?"
Breslow graduated summa cum laude from San Francisco State University in 1977 and earned his law degree at Hastings College of the Law in 1980. |
