Mr. Mascarenhas has been a member of the board of directors as a nominee of Odebrecht since 2001. He has been an executive officer of Odebrecht since September 2001 and serves in various capacities with other companies in the Odebrecht Group. He also has served as vice president of CNI (Confedera��o Nacional das Ind�strias) since October 1985 and of the Brazilian Association of Chemical Industry and Derivative Products since May 1993. Mr. Mascarenhas holds a bachelor degree in civil engineering from Universidade Federal da Bahia. |
