Joe is the President and Managing Director of the firm. His practice concentrates on all stages of business representation, from formation to financing and venture capital; to business planning and advising; to sales, acquisitions and mergers. He is a Director and former President of Child Health Services and a member of the Dartmouth Lawyers Association.
