Joseph's practice focuses on civil commercial litigation matters at both the trial and appellate levels and in both federal and state court. He has experience in a wide range of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, employment, financial services, accountant's liability, equipment leasing, trade secrets, insurance, and credit and lending.
