Mr. Muscari has been a Director of EnerSys since June 2008. Mr. Muscari has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Minerals Technologies Inc. (MTI) which is listed on The New York Stock Exchange since March 2007 and as a Director of MTI since February 2005. For the prior 37 years Mr. Muscari worked at Alcoa Inc. where he held a number of executive positions. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from January 2006 to January 1 2007. Mr. Muscari previously served as Executive Vice President Alcoa and Group President Rigid Packaging Foil and Asia since October 2004. He had been an Executive Vice President of Alcoa since 2002 when he had responsibility for Alcoa�s businesses in Asia and Latin America. Mr. Muscari received his Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Muscari was recommended to our Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee by a third-party search firm. |
