Joseph C. Hayden, Executive Vice President Programs, has been integral in business development for the company since its foundation. Mr. Hayden has more than 24 years of experience in high-technology start up companies, weapons development, government and commercial contract management, and military operations. He is responsible for establishing and managing programs and contracts as well as directing the integration of the technology and business aspects of the company.
Previously, at Raytheon, Mr. Hayden led the systems engineering team for the directed-energy weapons product line. Mr. Hayden has also been the director of commercial services and the director of R&D operations at Molten Metal Technologies and spent several years as a surface nuclear engineer in the U.S Navy. Mr. Hayden�s responsibilities included the testing and operations of power plants on Nimitz-class aircraft carriers as well as operations billets on destroyers and cruisers. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy. |
