Joseph E. Bartoszewicz is a partner of Meyer, Unkovic & Scott LLP and is a member of the firm's Real Estate and Banking Group. Mr. Bartoszewicz practices primarily in the areas of commercial real estate and corporate lending, real estate acquisition and development and commercial leasing. Mr. Bartoszewicz represents several major lending institutions, including local banks and national insurance companies, in all aspects of commercial real estate and corporate lending transactions. In addition, Mr. Bartoszewicz represents developers and other individual and corporate clients in transactions involving the purchase, sale, construction, renovation and refinancing of all types of commercial real estate, including retail properties, apartment and office complexes and buildings, golf course/residential projects and self-storage/warehouse facilities. Mr. Bartoszewicz also represents landlords and tenants in all aspects of commercial leasing transactions. Mr. Bartoszewicz is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is a member of the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is a member of the Central Catholic High School and Notre Dame Alumni Associations. Mr. Bartoszewicz also serves on the Board of Directors two local non-profit organizations and coaches youth basketball in North Hills community leagues.Mr. Bartoszewicz received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 1985. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1989. |
